Standard Production Time
Standard scheduling is 5-7 days from receipt of merchandise and art has been
Approved.
Rush Charges
We must enforce rush charges. These rush orders interrupt regularly scheduled production that results in overtime, and this will help in paying the cost. Rush charges are calculated from the day after the product is received in, allowing time for merchandise to be counted; with the exception of same day service.
Same Day will be 50% of total invoice price
1 Day rush ships the 2nd day @ 20%
2 Day rush ships 3rd day @ 15%
3 Day rush ships 4th day @ 10%
Digitizing
$12.00 Per 1000 stitches up to 10,000 stitches all logos over 10,000 stitches will be quoted minimum charge $30.00
Edit Charges
Modifications
to existing logos result in an additional charge of $25.00 per
hour. Minimum 1 hour.

Personalizing
Normal personalization is $2.50 for one line ¼ - ½ tall letters. Each additional line is $1.00 extra and large names for back of jackets and bags are subject to additional charges.

Minimum Invoice Pricing
We must enforce our charge of $10.00 minimum invoice, which will include backorder pieces that may come through after initial billing. Our cost of producing 1-12 pieces is approximately $25.00; we are only charging $10.00 to help keep your pricing competitive.
Drop Ship or Split Ship Orders
There will be a $3.00 charge for each location for all orders that have more than one shipping destination.
Swatch Services
On customer supplied embroidery files, there will be a $5.00 charge for first swatch or sew out up to 15,000 stitches and $5.00 each additional sew out. Logos above 15,000 stitches add .35 cents per 1,000 stitches. This means logos you have digitized from a different vendor and request Creative Stitches, Inc. to do sew out swatches.
Fine Leather Products such as leather jackets & bags
Minimum charge of $10.00 up to 10,000 stitches, anything above 10,000 stitches adds .50 cents per thousand stitches. All logos for leather must be digitized by Creative Stitches Inc.
Complex Order Handling
Orders that require special attention or contain unique handling services are subject to additional charges. Such as roller bags, sports bags, and golf bags, saddle bags, these items are usually very heavy & difficult to hoop. We can’t always produce a full run on the machines. Customer service will advise additional charges that apply.
Note: Caps and Garments cannot be grouped together for quantity. All purchase orders will be treated individually and not grouped for quantity break.
